This year marks the 20th anniversary of World Naked Gardening Day – a celebration of body freedom and a connection to nature. Did you know that this event was founded by Mark Storey of The Naturist Society Foundation and Jacob Gabriel as a project for the Body Freedom Collaborative?
What better way to honor this milestone than by getting nude in nature and getting your hands dirty. Spending time outdoors, sprucing up your yard while feeling the warmth of the sun and the breeze on your skin, not only benefits your surroundings but also enhances your well-being.
As we celebrate this day, we are reminded of the power of ideas – how a simple concept can grow into a movement that promotes and educates others about wholesome nudism. Every opportunity to showcase non-sexual nudity helps reinforce our values and philosophy.
Share Your Voice in The Bulletin
The Bulletin is a fantastic resource for both members and non-members, providing insightful stories and perspectives on nudism. We are always seeking contributions from our members – whether it is a topic you believe fellow nudists would enjoy or a story that could inspire those considering wholesome nudity. If you have something to share, we encourage you to submit your ideas for consideration to The Bulletin editor Melissa Sigman at: editor@aanr.com.
